Our meditation offerings are designed to support relaxation, personal insight, and deepened self-awareness. These practices are usually facilitated before we practice asana, guiding you to breathe with intention, move with mindfulness, and center yourself fully.
Our meditation sessions introduce guests to various styles, each offering its unique pathway to mindfulness and peace:
Mindfulness Meditation: Mindfulness means to fully experience the present moment, focusing on each sensation, thought, and feeling with gentle curiosity and without judgment. In the bush, practicing mindfulness becomes even more profound, encouraging you to become aware of the subtle beauty around you and fostering a deeper connection with yourself.
Vipassana Meditation: Known as “Insight Meditation,” Vipassana cultivates a focused awareness of the present moment, allowing you to observe thoughts, sensations, and emotions with non-judgmental curiosity. Practiced in nature, this technique deepens mindfulness, helping you feel attuned to both your inner self and the rich beauty around you.
Metta (Loving-Kindness) Meditation: Metta meditation fosters compassion and goodwill through positive intentions. With each practice, you’ll release tension, build empathy, and feel the interconnectedness of all beings.
Walking Meditation: Moving through nature with mindfulness, this meditation allows you to feel fully connected with your surroundings. Each step becomes an opportunity to notice the subtleties of the bush, engage all your senses, and embrace a new perspective of mindfulness through gentle movement.
Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep): End the day with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that invites deep relaxation. Known as yogic sleep, this technique moves through layers of consciousness to release accumulated tension.
